How to Care for Your Wayuu Bag
To ensure your Jouls bag stays in excellent condition, follow these simple steps:
Prepare the Bag: Turn the bag inside-out, and tuck the strap and tassels inside to prevent any damage during washing.
Machine Washing: Use a regular cycle in the washing machine with standard detergent. You can wash it in cold or warm water, but never use hot water.
Stain Removal: For stubborn stains, apply a stain remover directly to the affected area. Use a brush to work the stain out before washing.
Drying: Do not use a dryer. Allow the bag to air dry naturally.
Tassel Care: After washing, simply brush out the tassels to restore their shape and texture.
By following these steps, your Wayuu bag will continue to look beautiful for years to come!

About me
Every extraordinary design has its roots in an even more captivating narrative. I'm Julie, and I invite you to embark on my journey. Since childhood, the world of fashion design has held an irresistible allure for me. However, it was in 2018 that I stumbled upon a revelation – Colombia's Wayuu Bags. Instantly, I found myself enraptured by the brilliance, ingenuity, and matriarchal status of the indigenous Wayuu women. What began as a mere fascination has blossomed into an impassioned pursuit of crafting one-of-a-kind handbags. I owe an immense debt of gratitude to the Wayuu tribe artisans who graciously collaborate with me, breathing life into my designs. It's a tale that transcends mere craftsmanship; it's a testament to the power of women empowering women. I started my business to blend my love for design with the aspiration to showcase women's entrepreneurship, offering my daughters a tangible example of female empowerment and success... It's a place where creativity flourishes, and where we support and empower each other as women
